Maricera Tile Shipping Policy

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to high shipping volumes, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping Timelines

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 72 hours.

  • Tracking information will be available 1-2 business days after order processing.

  • Expect delivery within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer competitive shipping rates on all orders.

  • Free shipping is available for qualifying high-volume orders.

  • Tile samples ship free within the Lower 48 United States.

Important: If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or a remote location, shipping costs will be calculated after checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

If your order includes multiple parcels, they may arrive on different days. Use the master tracking number provided to check delivery progress.

Damages Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not submit a return request.

  2. Note the order damage with the delivery driver before signing off.

  3. Visit our Damages Policy page for detailed claim instructions.

  4. Report damages within 72 hours of delivery.

Important: If damages occur during installation, Maricera Tile is not responsible for refunds or exchanges.

Freight Orders & Residential Deliveries

  • All freight deliveries are curbside only.

  • Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery.

  • If you miss your scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

Backorders

If your order is backordered, we will ship it as soon as stock is available. Refusing an early shipment may result in storage fees.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada. Duties and import fees are calculated at checkout.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

  • If an order is canceled before packing, a 5% cancellation fee applies.

  • If packed but not shipped, a 15%-25% restocking fee applies.

Storage Fees

  • We will hold orders for up to 30 days at no charge.

  • After 30 days, a $5 per pallet per day storage fee applies.
