Maricera Tile Return Policy

1️⃣ Restocking Fee: Returned tiles must be in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, unless the product page specifies a 25% fee.

2️⃣ Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs.

3️⃣ Final Sale Items: The following are non-returnable & non-refundable:

  • Samples, supplies, tools
  • Closeout sales
  • Special orders
  • Shipping charges

4️⃣ Condition of Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original box, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns must be packaged securely—we cannot issue refunds for damaged or altered items.

5️⃣ Boxed Products: Items sold by the box must be returned in full boxes. Partial returns will not be accepted.

6️⃣ Return Authorization (RMA):

  • Include a printed copy of the RMA inside the return package.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the RMA being issued, or they will expire and become ineligible for refund.

7️⃣ Shipping Method:

  • Return the items using the same shipping method we used.
  • If we shipped via freight, your return must be shipped via freight on a pallet to avoid breakage.
  • Insurance is highly recommended—save your tracking number and receipt.

8️⃣ Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • If your refund doesn’t appear on your statement, check with your bank or credit card provider.

Returns on Sale Items

If you purchased tiles using a discount code (e.g., Black Friday, holiday sales, etc.), your refund will be less the discount amount and restocking fee.

Exchanges

Tiles may vary in color and finish. We strongly recommend ordering a sample or requesting lot photos before purchase.

If you'd like to exchange your order for a different lot, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, but you will be responsible for:

🔹 A 15% restocking fee

Cancellation Policy

Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us immediately!

  • If your order hasn’t been packed yet, a 5% cancellation fee applies.
  • If your order has already been packed but not shipped, a 15-25% restocking fee applies, depending on the product.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
